One year after the latest update, the Odin bindings to HarfBuzz have been updated to support HarfBuzz version 12.1.0 (last 12,x version). It can be download from Codeberg:

In the meantime HarfBuzz has also published version 13.x and version 14.x. These versions add a lot of code though, potentially not needed by (some?) client applications. So, a separate, smaller, version of the bindings without this extra code is probably useful to someone.
Full support for the newer HarfBuzz versions will follow ‘soon’.
